Dr Ahmed Farooq is a Consultant in restorative dentistry. He started his dental training as an undergraduate at the Birmingham dental hospital following which he pursued his specialist training in restorative dentistry across various London trusts including kings college London, the Royal London, St Georges and Guys & ST Thomas Hospital Trust. He has a passion for learning and education. He is a strong believer in minimally invasive dentistry and supporting patients to get the best outcomes during their journey.

During his spare time Ahmed enjoys spending time with his family, travelling and has a keen interest in racket sports.

Dr Fariba joined the practice in 2014. She is a highly trained senior dentist with over 25 years of experience with general Dentistry, oral surgery, implants, dentures, bridges, veneers and other advanced treatments. Since qualifications, she was awarded a Masters in Oral Surgery from the University of London in 1994. She has pursued several postgraduate training courses and Diplomas to continue to enhance her skills and has a keen interest in Restorative Dentistry.

Dr Merhfour graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2017 and has since gained a wealth of experience in General Dentistry. Dr Merhfour has a gentle and caring approach to her patients and enjoys supporting her patients to maintain good oral health.

Dr Merhfour is an Invisalign Provider. She has helped many patients achieve their dream smile.

Dr Merhfour firmly believes in making the dental experience for all of her patients as pleasant, enjoyable and pain-free as possible. Maintaining the highest quality dentistry possible in enhancing everyday smiles makes her always popular with our patients.

Specialist and Consultant in Orthodontics

Aliza qualified in Dentistry from Kings College London in 2007. She carried out further training in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery and Restorative Dentistry prior to completing specialist training in Orthodontics at Kings College London. She was awarded a Masters in Orthodontics (Merit) from Kings College London and Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2013. Following this, she completed a further two years of higher orthodontic training at Birmingham Dental Hospital and University Hospital North Midlands. She was awarded the Fellowship in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2016.

She is a member of the British Orthodontic Society, Midlands Orthodontic Society, Royal College of Surgeons of England, and Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. She is a certified Invisalign provider.

Aliza has been working as a Consultant in Orthodontics at Walsall Manor Hospital since 2017. She contributes to the postgraduate orthodontic training programme for the West Midlands, both for clinical supervision and academic teaching. She has published research in peer reviewed journals and presented both nationally and internationally. She routinely delivers complex orthodontics for children and adults. She provides high quality orthodontics and an excellent patient experience. She is passionate about creating beautiful smiles.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, running, travelling, practicing yoga, playing badminton, and baking.

Cosmetic Dentist

DMD qualified in Romania in 2017 at Faculty of Dentistry, University of Medicine and Pharmacy ‘Carol Davila’ in Bucharest. She started her career alongside oro-maxillo-facial surgeons and endodontic specialists within a private environment.

In 2018 Luisa relocated to the UK, starting as an NHS mentee in a mixed NHS and private practice. Since then, Luisa has completed Dominic Hassall - Postgraduate Certificate in Contemporary Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry and has also became an accredited NHS and Private mentor. She is also a Connect Coach, Lecturer and Demonstrator as part of Glo Dental Academy.

Luisa has completed a number of orthodontic postgraduate courses as well being an active part of multiple online professional groups and dental forums.

Luisa’s main interest lies within cosmetic composite build-ups and the use of clear aligners such as Invisalign but also more complex restorative cases.

In her spare time she enjoys travelling, cooking, baking and watching movies.

Gulshan is our highly popular Dental Therapist who all our patients love! He has extensive experience in providing Dental Hygiene and Therapy. His down to earth, warm and friendly personality helps him to very quickly connect with his patients. He is passionate about oral health promotion and provides advice on periodontal treatments and minor restorative works such as fillings.

Gulshan is also trained in cosmetic treatments including tooth whitening and mini Smile Makeover treatments
